In this last case, the Data Controller will process the following mandatory personal data: name, surname, gender and e-mail address (“Essential Data”) and the following optional data: image, nationality, actual living place, birthday date, countries of residency, languages spoken, best escape so far, dreamt escape, the thing one cannot travel without, type of book on the plane, type of favorite luggage, travelling shoes, travelling clothes, favorite airplane seat, favorite airport, favorite frequent flyer program, favorite cuisine in the word, favorite bar/nightclub in the word, favorite sunset cocktail, favorite magazine, favorite getaway music, favorite fashion brand, types of people you would like to travel with, the craziest thing you have ever done, your personal motto (“Voluntary Data”). Personal data provided for the creation of the Profile will be used with the only aim to create the Pinktrotters community and to let users find their best Pinktrotters friends to organize a Pinktrotters group and/ or to travel with. Please note that in case of registration through Facebook, part of the above mentioned personal data will be tracked down directly by this social network. The creation of a Profile, moreover, will have the finality to allow the user to participate to the Pinktrotters’ blogs – where comments will be used with the same above mentioned finality – and to book a service or a product on the Web Sit
Data subjects can freely highlight their data in order to (a) receive the newsletter or (b) to create their Profile. These types of processing, in fact, are on a voluntary basis. In case of refusal sub (a), nevertheless, the Data Controller will not be in the condition to keep the data subjects updated, with the Pinktrotters newsletter, on the Web Site news and upgrades. In case of refusal sub (b), if any, to provide Essential Data, nevertheless, the Data Controller will not be in the condition to accept your registration and, as a consequence, to let you open a Pinktrotters Profile, which is necessary to join the Pinktrotters community, publish your comments on Blogs and/or book services and/or products on the Web Site.
